What type of payment do vendors accept?
Each vendor accepts different forms of payment (so for example, there's no way for us to let you know if every vendor accepts credit cards.) However, many vendors accept venmo, cashapp, zelle, cash and credit cards.
Is it free to enter magic city flea?
Yes. Magic City Flea is free to attend.
What if there's rain in the forecast?
Magic City Flea is a rain or shine event. If there is rain or other inclement weather, we will remain open for the duration of the flea, unless weather conditions are too dangerous to safely operate the market.
Are pets allowed?
YES! We would love to see your furry friends at the flea.

are canopy tents required?
Yes, we require our vendors to bring their own canopy tents that correspond to the size of their allotted space. We do this to ensure that vendors and their merchandise are protected from the sun, rain, etc. It also allows for vendors to personalize their space - enhancing the experience of their pop-up shop.
will tables & chairs be provided?
Magic City Flea does not provide any vending materials. We want our vendors to be able to express themselves and have full control over customizing their space.
How can i rent a canopy tent?
Magic City Flea has a limited amount of 10' x 10' canopy tents available to rent for the day. If you're interested in renting, please email howdy@magiccityflea.market. Tents will be rented on a first come, first served basis.
what time is market set up?
The Magic City Flea team will be present on-site at 9:00 AM to assist vendors as needed. All vendors must be completely set up before the market opens at 12:00 AM.
What time is market breakdown?
Magic City Flea ends at 6:00 PM. Vendors may not breakdown and leave before then. Vendors will be able to drive their cars onto the loading zones after 6:30 PM to pack-up their shops. We expect the majority of vendors to be finished breaking down before 8:00 PM.
am i provided with electricity or running water?
Vendor spots do not include any utilities. If your booth requires electricity, please bring a portable generator.
Can i share my spot with another vendor?
Yes, you are welcome to share your slot with another vendor, but please note that an additional fee will be charged. If you're interested in sharing a booth, please send an email to howdy@magiccityflea.market containing your information and the vendor you plan to merge with. ALL SHARED SLOTS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, or you will not be welcomed back to vend at future events.
